On February 3, 2009, Stan facilitated The Black Duck Strategy Summit on the future of
open source and application development at the Fidelity ThinkSpace in Boston. Attendees included industry luminaries from major software development firms and the open source community. Among the featured activities was a mapping of the five year future of application development.

at the eTail East conference in Washington D.C.

On February 13, 2007, Stan keynoted on the future of cross-channel retailing
at the eTail West conference in Palm Desert.

On January 31, 2007, Stan spoke on the future of cross-channel retailing
at the shop.org First Look conference in Orlando.

On December 7, 2006, The Carriage House team conducted a Workshop on
StrategySketchTM at the Carriage House offices at Faneuil Hall South Market in
Boston, Massachusetts. StrategySketchTM is a proprietary methodology developed
at Carriage House Consulting for quickly establishing the outlines of strategy.


On May 15, 2006, The Carriage House team presented at the SIIA Strategy
Summit at the Saint Francis Hotel in San Francisco. The presentation discussed
software business models, focusing on open source business models and included
an impressive panel including Doug Levin CEO of Black Duck and and Tim Yeaton of Red Hat.

company? How do you sort through the superheated rhetoric to make a prudent decision
about which open source software is ready for primetime -- and right for you?

On December 7, 2004, Stan Dolberg conducted a workshop on The Art of Software
Business Models and Pricing to CEOs and CMOs sponsored by the Deloitte Tech
Venture Center (TVC)
at 1000 Winter Street in Waltham. The highly rated session
covered existing and new software business models, notably the on-demand approach,
and worked through a series of models to help attendees understand how to use them.




On January 8, 2004, Stan Dolberg led a session at the Sales and Marketing Roundtable of
the Massachusetts Software and Internet Council
on the topic of ‘How to Create a Must-
Have Value Proposition.’
